Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation :-

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch, subject to marketplace rules.
  2. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Seller-Initiated Cancellation :-

The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  1. Product unavailability or stock issues
  2. Incorrect pricing or listing errors
  3. Incomplete or suspicious order details
  4. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded as per platform timelines.


Returns & Refunds :-

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, wellness, and consumable products, returns are restricted in accordance with hygiene and safety guidelines.

Eligible for Return / Refund

A return or refund request will be accepted only if:

  1. The product is damaged during transit
  2. An incorrect product has been delivered
  3. The product is expired at the time of delivery
  4. The order has missing items as per the listing

Reporting an Issue :-

  1. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery .
  2. Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label for verification.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases :-

  1. Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  2. Change of mind or dissatisfaction after delivery
  3. Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  4. Products returned without original packaging, seals, or labels

Refund Processing :-

  1. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  2. Shipping or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error.

Important Notes:-

  1. This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights.
  2. The final decision on refunds is subject to platform verification and approval.
